php33 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "php33" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at php33.lat, including all games, services, and features thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the php33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds, bonus funds, and free spin credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that must be wagered on eligible games before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity, age, and residence verification procedures required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority licensing and regulating php33's operations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to php33's services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on php33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register Accounts.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing php33 from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of php33 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You are not currently self-excluded from php33 or from any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.
• You have not previously had a php33 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. php33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information you provide at any time. Submission of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device or code. You must not share your login details with any other person. php33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on php33. If php33 determines, through any means, that you hold more than one Account — whether registered under your name, a different name, a different email address, a different mobile number, or accessed from the same device or payment method — all associated Accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and the matter reviewed for permanent closure.

Account Security Obligations

• You must use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• You must enable two-factor authentication if prompted by php33 as part of a security upgrade.
• You must notify php33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• You must keep your registered contact details (mobile number and email) current at all times.
• You must not access your Account from shared or public devices without immediately logging out and clearing session data upon completion.

php33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made on behalf of another person, or using a payment account registered to another person — are strictly prohibited.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. php33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposit may be subject to additional verification at php33's sole discretion.

php33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all php33 bonuses unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the qualification criteria specified for each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified. Expired bonuses are removed automatically and any associated winnings are voided.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games that contribute to wagering requirements. php33 publishes game contribution percentages in its bonus FAQ.
• php33 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other practice intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no monetary value until wagering requirements have been met.

All games available on php33 operate according to their published rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates. Random number generator (RNG) based games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure their outcomes are genuinely random and conform to their stated RTPs. Game certification reports are available upon request.

Live dealer games on php33 use physical dealing and real-time video streams. The outcome of each hand, spin, or roll in a live game is final once the game round has concluded. php33 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues experienced by Players that may affect their ability to see, hear, or participate in a live game round in real time.

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error during a round, php33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed on that round to Players' Accounts. Where it is technically possible to reconstruct the game state and determine an unambiguous outcome, php33 may settle the round as normal. The decision of php33 in such cases is final.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on php33 and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account with false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with php33 games or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage (commonly known as "advantage play" through technical exploitation).
• Collusion with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior agreement with php33.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing php33 staff, live dealers, or other Players through any channel.

php33 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our responsibilities seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost from within the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced further within the same period; increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: php33 can display a notification at regular intervals during a gaming session to remind you of the time elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot login, deposit, or wager on php33.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable and take effect within 24 hours of submission. Self-excluded players are removed from all php33 marketing communications immediately.

php33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by php33.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Account compromise or unauthorized access that cannot be immediately secured.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to the Account.
• Player's own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, php33 will notify the Account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable time. Where an Account is terminated for breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, less any applicable deductions authorized under these Terms, following completion of any investigation.

All content on the php33 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the property of php33 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any php33 content without prior written authorization from php33. Unauthorized use of php33's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php33, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if php33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

php33's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, php33 will notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change. Continued use after the effective date without requesting closure will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. php33 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first contact php33 Customer Support to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Where PAGCOR's process does not resolve the dispute, the matter may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
